The Grand Rapids North Kiwanis has been serving the children and people in need within the Greater Grand Rapids community since 1952.
The club provides grant money from its foundation and fundraising efforts and members volunteer time for worthwhile service projects across West Michigan.
Our Club provides members the opportunity to give back and to stay connected to the Grand Rapids community.

The Kiwanis of Michigan Foundation has a fascinating history with nearly 90 continous years of commitment to support of the needs of children, both patients and siblings, during their stay at hospitals in Ann Arbor, Detroit, Grand Rapids and Petoskey.
Kiwanis Clubs in Michigan contribute $45 per member each and every year to assure programs in each of the Hospitals that would not be funded otherwise and do not qualify for reimbursement under most Insurance programs.
Our own John Bigari will share more information, especially about the support for Mary Free Bed Hospital.
